## Description

Identify and reach out to prospective clients (SMEs, corporates, and partners) who could benefit from our insurance solutions
Build and manage a pipeline of leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and referrals
Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior sales team members to close
Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and pitch materials
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads and activity in our CRM
Represent PolicyStreet at industry events, roadshows, and partner meetings when needed
Hit monthly and quarterly targets for outreach activity and qualified meetings booked

## Requirements

0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (fresh graduates with the right drive are welcome to apply)
Comfortable with cold outreach, ie: calls, emails, and DMs don't intimidate you
Strong communication skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus, and Mandarin/Cantonese is a bonus for reaching a wider client base
Organised and disciplined about following up, you don't let leads go cold
Curious about insurance and financial services, or willing to get there fast
Resilient; you're fine with hearing “no” and moving on to the next conversation
