Epidemiology Operations Manager

Manage day-to-day operations for the Family Outreach program Manage day-to-day operations for the Family Advocacy and Support program Recruit, train, manage, and supervise staff Coordinates across programs at OME and at DHHS to ensure alignment of processes and goals Conduct professional development training for OME staff, in addition to direct staff Evaluate program efficacy, propose strategies for improvement, and implement changes Respond to escalated cases Provide clinical supervision to bachelor of social work and master of social work students Maintain existing university practicum partnerships and identify and develop new placement site opportunities. Keep accurate records of program activities and write reports that synthesize the data for easy understanding
