IT/OT Support Technician

Perform initial triage of incidents and requests from Production. Directly resolve incidents that fall within your scope of responsibility. Coordinate and track incidents that require the involvement of other technical teams (Systems, Networks, Cybersecurity, external vendors, etc.). Manage and maintain backups of the factory’s OT systems. Perform restores and disaster recovery tasks. Keep the inventory of factory IT assets up to date. Carry out tasks to mitigate technological obsolescence. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and tools used in industrial environments. Administer industrial workstations, test equipment, and hybrid OT/IT systems. Collaborate with Production Engineering and MRO on IT support tasks and solution deployment. Participate in initiatives related to business continuity, disaster recovery, and improving industrial cybersecurity. Manage technical relationships with manufacturers and suppliers as needed.
