Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers for timely feedback.Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers/HRMS accurately.Assist with job postings on various platforms and support candidate pipeline <creation.Support> the TA team with day-to-day recruitment activities, reports, and documentation.
