In this role, you will operate as an independent contractor closely affiliated with our team, providing critical support during periods of leave and ensuring key functions remain uninterrupted. While you will maintain the flexibility typical of affiliate roles, a commitment to regular availability and onsite engagement is essential in the case of this position. The role of a Locum Wellbeing Coach provides proactive and responsive mental health support through individual and group coaching, training, and daily on-site engagement. The Wellbeing Coach promotes emotional resilience, identifies early signs of distress, and supports the psychological well-being of Trust & Safety professionals.
