As a Finance Team Leader , you will lead the Finance Depo team in managing billing, collection, and accounts receivable processes. You will monitor AR performance, drive collection efficiency, ensure accurate and compliant transactions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support healthy cash flow and continuous process improvements. What You’ll Do: Lead and supervise the Finance Depo team, ensuring accurate and timely billing and collections. Monitor AR aging, follow up on overdue accounts, and develop strategies to improve collection efficiency. Review and approve invoices, credit notes, and reconciliation reports. Ensure all AR transactions are recorded accurately and comply with financial standards and company policies. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual AR reports for management review. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Work closely with relevant stakeholders to resolve payment and billing issues Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline AR workflows. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities. What You’ll Bring to the Team: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with strong exposure to Accounts Receivable and team supervision. Strong understanding of AR processes, credit control, and collection strategies. Proficient in accounting software, particularly Accurate, and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills. Strong leadership, communication, and team management capabilities. High attention to detail, able to work under pressure, and results-oriented. Willing to work Monday to Saturday. Willing to work on-site in Medan.
