About The Role

At INHAUS , we are partnering with Grupo BNS , a leading multinational holding company specializing in the distribution of electronic cigarettes and the exclusive representative of WAKA , to identify talent to strengthen and expand its presence across Panama’s traditional retail channel . We are looking for sales professionals with field sales experience, a strong results-driven mindset, and the motivation to develop new markets. What we’re looking for: A sales professional focused on field sales within the FMCG sector, with strong negotiation skills and a clear orientation toward achieving commercial targets. Key Responsibilities Execute a daily route of visits to independent stores and assigned points of sale. Negotiate strategic product placement and visibility within points of sale. Continuously prospect and identify new potential customers within the assigned territory. Take direct orders and follow up on stock replenishment. Report daily on sales performance, progress, and relevant developments across the assigned route. What We Value 1–2 years of experience in field sales within the FMCG sector. Own vehicle (car or motorcycle). Proven negotiation and sales closing skills. Basic proficiency in digital tools such as Excel and WhatsApp Business. Previous experience in the tobacco, vape, or alcoholic beverage industries is a plus. What the Company Offers Base salary + monthly variable compensation based on effective collections. Mobility/fuel allowance based on the assigned route (approximately USD 300). Additional benefits, including a company mobile phone and health insurance. Monday to Friday schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), with availability required two Saturdays per month. Direct employment and the opportunity to grow within an ongoing expansion plan.
