PLM & Validation Project Engineer (normes de test)

 

• Assign to validation engineers Test norm,Catnet, PLM, and JIRA task: Interface with TPM/ITPL for vehicle/part orders, especially during project start-up.
• Collaborate/Support on test list creation and revision with the team (test engineer and service design)
• Ensure the program performance engineers meet all milestone deliverables: PIV creation: based on vehicle ordered , vehicles phases and scopesheet of funcionalities

• PIV sharing with key stakholders outside ICAS org.
• Ensure PIV respects milestone and KPI, monitoring execution and progress

• Review all slides and presentations of program /project: -Update validation results in ICAS decks and KPI dashboards.

-Review and approve slides and for program/project updates

• Collect & study all requirements for project: Collect and analyze all project requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Define detailed validation project/program plan​:Estimate FTE and means required for validation activities and critical path
• Support PE into Issue triage meetings​ and Issue escalation meetings: Lead progress meetings with SSTM, PM CCVP, CX, and vehicle teams
• Facilitate technical discussions and problem resolution across teams.
• Participate in issue triage and escalation meetings

-Collaborate/Support  on test list creation and revision with the team (test engineer and service design)

• Join into technical and management meeting where ICAS deliverables are discussed

• Report to top management progreams /projects results and KPI
• : -Build KPI deck with all info and ICAS standards

• Provide weekly/daily progress reports on validation activities

Profil : Bac+5

• Expérience : 1 à 2 ans
• Compétences : 
• Bonne connaissance des processus et outils de validation (Test Norm, Catnet, PLM, JIRA).
• Capacité à analyser les exigences et définir des plans de test.
• Compétences en leadership et coordination d'équipe.
• Expérience en planification et suivi des KPI.
• Excellentes capacités de communication et de négociation.
• Résolution de problèmes et pensée critique.
