About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Home Improvement Sales Manager with a strong background in residential exterior remodeling and a proven ability to lead and develop sales teams.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of the full home improvement process , including roofing, siding, gutters, soffit & fascia, windows, and other exterior remodeling services.

This is a leadership position for someone who understands both the products and how to sell them .

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, coach, and manage the Home Improvement Sales Team.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and closing rates.
Monitor sales performance and establish individual and team goals.
Conduct sales training and help representatives improve their closing skills.
Follow up on leads, appointments, estimates, and opportunities.
Assist sales representatives with difficult customers and closing opportunities.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up.
Build relationships with homeowners and provide professional consultations.
Identify opportunities for additional home improvement services.
Work closely with Operations and Project Management to ensure a smooth transition from sale to production.
Track sales KPIs and provide regular performance reports to management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Home Improvement Sales Management .
Strong knowledge of residential exterior remodeling.
Previous experience managing or leading sales representatives.
Strong closing and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to train and motivate a sales team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to customer appointments when needed.
