DescriptionAssists the front-of-house team throughout the shift by maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining areas and service stations.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Dining Area & Table Maintenance

• Active Service: Clear plates, glassware, and utensils from active tables as guests finish.
• Table Turnaround: Clear empty tables, sanitize surfaces, sweep under and around the table, and reset tables as needed for incoming guests.
• Floor Care: Perform general sweeping throughout all dining areas to maintain overall dining room presentation.

Dish Area & Bus Tub Management

• Transport: Run dirty dishes and full bus tubs from service stations to the dish pit efficiently.
• Station & Area Organization: Keep bus tubs organized and maintain order within the dish area to ensure smooth workflow for dishwashers and floor staff.

Operations & Facility Support

• Waste Management: Monitor and change out trash cans in the dining and service areas as needed.
• Manager Assignments: Complete additional operational tasks and duties as designated by management.

QualificationsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and support team members across the shift.
• Physical Demands: Ability to remain on feet and move continuously for the entire duration of a shift.
• Lifting Capacity: Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs (e.g., loaded bus tubs, trash bags, equipment).
