Area Supervisor

The Area Supervisor is responsible for leading field operations within an assigned territory, with accountability for employee performance, safety, service quality, client relationships, and operational execution. This position provides hands-on leadership to field employees through regular job site visits, coaching, and performance management; oversees pre-construction planning and field readiness; and builds strong relationships with clients, State DOT representatives, and local municipalities. The Area Supervisor serves as a key connection between field operations, clients, and internal departments to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
