Data Analytics Specialist — Settlement

We are a startup inside DiDi. We are building a completely new logistics supply model for food delivery in Mexico — not optimizing something that already works, but figuring out from scratch what should exist. Everything here is 0 to 1: the partner network, the pricing logic, the target system, the settlement infrastructure. Most of it did not exist eighteen months ago. Some of it does not exist yet. That means the answers are not in a playbook. There is no team down the hall who solved this last year. You will define the metric before you can hit it, build the mechanism before you can run it, and be wrong in public often enough to learn fast.
