About The Role
The expected salary range for this position is $19.00 - $19.70. Employees in specific high cost of labor locations in the United States (such as San Francisco, CA and Seattle, WA) may qualify for a geographic differential. Note: The above compensation range reflects the opportunity for growth within this position. The actual starting pay will be $19.50/hour. This is a full-time temporary position from September to December 2026. Overview As a Production Associate I, you will conduct quality production in inserting of Compassion materials. You will also assemble sponsorship packets, brochures, mailings, and letters with accuracy and timeliness in support of Compassion's marketing and communication efforts. In addition, you will utilize various computer applications during production that require a high attention to detail. What will you do? Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Act as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children. Understand Christ’s mandate to protect children. Commit to and prioritizes child protection considerations in all decision-making, tasks and activities across the ministry. Abide by all behavioral expectations in Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct. Report any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassion’s internal reporting process and appropriately support responses to incidents if they occur. Uphold and engage in Compassion’s core Cultural Behaviors . Operate a variety of production duties with little direction needed in inserting. Perform manual fulfillment to ensure effective, accurate, and timely processing of components and some finished products as a part of the Compassion distribution center production process. Perform regular manual fulfillment for jobs that cannot be processed on automated inserting equipment. Support a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. Document actions by completing production and quality forms as assigned. Adheres to process and procedure documentation within the scope of daily work. Participate in team discussions on work processes and issues. Explore simple process improvements within the scope of individual work and provides recommendations to supervisor as appropriate.
