Senior Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities: Some experience in a PMO organization, project management capacity is preferred Coordination and project management support for key operations projects withing Global Digital HR operations. This may include but is not limited to: coordinating and providing admin support for data privacy reviews with Global Risk and Global Technology teams for all applications managed by the Digital HR team providing necessary PM support for Talent projects providing necessary PM support for other COE projects providing necessary PM support for urgent ad-hoc projects working with stakeholders to coordinate and collate progress reports across all projects and operations Maintaining risk and issues log and backlog across the projects and operations

Educational qualifications Excellent Communication skills Strong written English Good collaboration and analytical skills Stakeholder Management Understanding basic Project Management principles Understanding basic Agile principles Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint Basic MS-Forms, MS-Teams, MS-Project / Clarizen (optional)
