Digital Content Specialist

The Content Management & Syndication Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely product content distribution across retailer eCommerce platforms. This role supports the management, upload, publication, and maintenance of product content, while monitoring retailer sites to confirm updates are live and functioning correctly. The position also plays a key role in troubleshooting content issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions to ensure a seamless online shopping experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with retailer systems and web-based tools. They possess strong project coordination and communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, and serve as a subject matter expert to support internal teams and client objectives. Experience with eCommerce content management, syndication platforms, and retailer enterprise systems is strongly preferred.
