• Supervise employees on an assigned shift to ensure the work is completed within established timing, quality, and cost standards.
• We have a great opportunity for Team Lead in South PA, and you will lead the production team on the floor while assisting the warehouse team.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Be a leader on the floor for the team along with adjusting to the production schedule when unforeseen circumstances arise.
• Be the TPS Supervisor back-up when he is out on assignment or PTO Communicate with Planning/Receiving on issues/needs to execute the production schedule.
• Hold the team accountable/Recognition when needed.
• Be available to work overtime when the schedule permits
