Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotel's team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a General Maintenance/Tiler , you’re not just maintaining the hotel’s physical safety and functionality, masonry, tile, and plaster surfaces – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

• Support hotel facility maintenance: Assist in maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public space, and heart-of-house areas
• Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member orders
• Assist with preventative maintenance inspections: Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventative maintenance needs
• Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
• Install tile and masonry features: Set and replace tile, marble, granite, brick, and stone for both decorative and functional use
• Perform surface repairs: Maintain walls, floors, and exterior areas using appropriate tiling materials such as cement, pavers, grout, and caulk
• Apply surface finishes: Use caulk, grout, plaster, sealants, epoxy, and compound materials to close penetrations and finish surfaces
