About The Role

Act as functional focal point between business teams and implementation partner;
Gather, analyze and document fiscal invoice automation requirements;
Ensure processes are aligned with the global Core Model, identifying, structuring and arbitrating GAPs when required;
Review and validate functional solution design (XML capture, fiscal validations, SAP integration, automatic MIRO posting);
Support configuration, developments and functional testing;
Ensure compliance with Brazilian fiscal and internal control requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. Major in Information System is a plus;
English (fluent) - mandatory;
Experience in SAP implementation projects (FI/MM);
Experience in Finance Transformation projects, specially focusing in Invoice Processing;
Strong knowledge of Brazilian fiscal legislation for inbound invoice processing (NF-e, CT-e, NFS-e);
Functional experience with fiscal invoice automation solutions such as VTIN, VIM, V360, etc.;
Experience working in SAP project environments and with external consulting partners.
Availability to work in a hybrid model (4x1) in São Paulo, SP.
