Bartender

We are seeking an experienced, friendly, and professional Bartender to prepare and serve beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will take orders, operate the POS system, handle payments, maintain a clean bar area, monitor inventory, and ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage orders.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Process cash and card payments accurately.
• Operate the POS system and balance transactions.
• Recommend beverages and promote daily specials.
• Restock beverages, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bar.
• Verify identification when required.
• Handle customer concerns professionally.
• Follow all company policies, hygiene standards, and responsible alcohol-service procedures.
• Previous bartending or beverage-service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of common cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
• Cash-handling and POS experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Friendly, confident, engaging, and comfortable speaking with guests.
• Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively with a team.
• Available to work flexible shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
