About The Role

Role Purpose

To support PETCO HSSE in driving effective corporate communication, awareness, and engagement initiatives by planning and executing HSSE-related campaigns, events, and promotional activities, in line with PETCO HSSE Plan and organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Communication & Awareness

a. Develop and assist in executing HSSE communication materials (e.g., posters, email blasts, newsletters, digital content).
b. Ensure all communication aligns with PETRONAS branding and HSSE messaging.
c. Support dissemination of HSSE policies, programmes, and key messages across PETCO Group of Companies.

Events & Programme Coordination

2.1. Assist in planning, organising, and executing HSSE-related events such as

a. HSSE Day
b. Meet & Greet/ Engagement Sessions
c. CSR initiatives and awareness campaigns
2.2. Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement for HSSE activities.
2.3. Track participation and support post-event reporting and feedback analysis.

Promotions & Campaign Management

3.1. Support development of HSSE promotional campaigns (e.g., safety culture, mental health, environmental awareness).
3.2. Assist in creating campaign calendars and monitoring outreach effectiveness.
3.3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance visibility of HSSE initiatives.

Collaterals Development

4.1. Design and prepare HSSE collaterals such as

i. Infographics
ii. Presentation decks
iii. Event materials (banners, signage, giveaways)
4.2. Maintain repository of HSSE communication templates and materials.

Stakeholder Engagement

5.1. Liaise with various PETCO subsidiaries and departments to support HSSE communication needs.
5.2. Assist in engagement initiatives to strengthen HSSE culture and awareness across the organisation.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

6.1. Monitor and report effectiveness of communication and engagement initiatives (e.g., participation rate, feedback).
6.2. Recommend improvements to enhance HSSE communication reach and impact.
