This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator, GWAC & IDIQ Programs based in India.

This role offers the opportunity to support the administration and compliance of complex U.S. federal government contract <vehicles.You> will help keep GWAC, IDIQ, and agency-specific contracts accurate, compliant, audit-ready, and operational.The position combines contract administration, reporting, pricing and catalog management, and coordination with sales and proposal <teams.You> will work across major federal contract vehicles, including GSA MAS, NASA SEWP, and MDA SHIELD IDIQ programs.Your attention to detail will directly support contract utilization, revenue opportunities, task-order activities, and compliance requirements.The role also provides exposure to federal acquisition practices and opportunities to develop deeper expertise in government <contracting.It> is well suited to a highly organized professional looking to grow toward broader program management responsibilities.

Accountabilities

  • Support day-to-day administration of GWAC and IDIQ contract vehicles, including modification preparation, option-year documentation, and routine administrative activities.
  • Assist with contract reporting requirements, including GSA Industrial Funding Fee reporting, teaming agreements, and state and local government contract programs.
  • Help sales teams effectively leverage the available federal contract portfolio while supporting compliant and profitable revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, reference guides, and resources covering GWAC/IDIQ ordering, pricing, and compliance procedures.
  • Assist with task-order capture activities by assembling required materials and coordinating logistics for proposal teams.
  • Maintain tracking logs covering contract utilization, revenue activity, task-order activity, funding, ceilings, and upcoming compliance deadlines.
  • Serve as a central coordination point between contract vehicle operations, sales, capture, proposals, program teams, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding, documentation, and administrative setup as the federal contract portfolio expands.
  • Maintain GSA catalog and pricing information, validating updates against source documentation to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Review quotes submitted through GSA eBuy and other ordering platforms for compliance with applicable contract terms before final approval.
  • Support product additions, SIN additions, labor category updates, letters of supply, and other GSA documentation requirements.
  • Track compliance obligations related to the Trade Agreements Act, Price Reductions Clause, and Industrial Funding Fee reporting.
  • Prepare and organize documentation for GSA audits, Contractor Assessment Visits, and other compliance reviews.
  • Support NASA SEWP administration by tracking performance metrics, compliance requirements, modification requests, catalog updates, technology refreshes, and competitive pricing.
  • Coordinate routine communications and reporting with relevant program offices and contracting personnel.
  • Monitor MDA SHIELD IDIQ task-order opportunities and route relevant information to capture and proposal teams.
  • Track compliance with MDA-specific requirements, security provisions, and applicable DFARS clauses.
  • Assist with responses to data calls, contracting-officer requests, and program-office documentation requirements.
  • Monitor task-order funding and contract-ceiling utilization, identifying discrepancies and escalating them appropriately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • At least 3 years of experience in contract administration, program administration, federal contracts support, or a closely related function.
  • Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple documentation requirements, deadlines, and compliance activities with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with experience using contract management, reporting, or tracking tools.
  • Comfortable working with data tracking, reporting, pricing information, catalog data, and basic analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external government stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing tasks, and maintain accuracy in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with federal contract administration principles and the ability to interpret and follow contractual requirements.
  • Experience supporting GSA MAS and/or NASA SEWP contract vehicles is highly valued.
  • Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and government contracting fundamentals is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GSA eBuy, GSA Advantage, SEWP ordering platforms, or similar government procurement systems is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying discrepancies, compliance risks, and missing documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate across sales, capture, proposals, program management, and operational teams.
