In this role, you’ll have a real impact on operational resilience, ICT risk, business continuity, and the continuous improvement of our risk processes.
Responsibilities & key activities
Risk identification and assessment, risk monitoring and reporting,
Preparing and updating risk management procedures and policies,
Collecting and analyzing data provided by first- and second-line defense units in the context of risk identification and assessment,
Conducting vertical testing as part of risk monitoring,
Managing operational risk events, including managing ICT incidents,
Managing the Company’s business continuity, including conducting periodic business continuity tests,
Collaborating with other teams in the first and second lines of defense,
Analyzing risk trends and patterns at PayU,
Preparing and regularly updating the risk map at PayU,
Preparing and updating the list of processes at PayU,
Reporting on ICT risks to the regulator,
Administering an incident management support system.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in risk management,
- A college degree in a relevant field,
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position at a financial institution.
Skills & Knowledge
- A strong understanding of the risk management process,
- Knowledge of the KNF recommendations regarding risk management,
- Knowledge of the DORA regulation,
- Fluent professional English and Polish,
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
