As a Product Designer in BILL’s innovative Integrated Experiences team, you will employ a strategic and executional mindset to design, test, iterate, and launch cutting-edge digital web and mobile solutions. With at least 12 years applying human-centered design across all phases of development, you will leverage excellent leadership abilities, strong communication skills to articulate decisions, and data analysis to create solutions that meet user needs and business goals. You’ll be a part of a team that will shape future user experiences to align with product strategy now and in the years to come.

12 years of expertise applying human-centered design practices to digital and mobile product experiences across all development phases

Experience working with multiple agile teams, aligning design, product, and business roadmaps, and collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders

Ability to navigate complex design challenges, ensure consistent design language, and create user-centered solutions that drive business growth

Deep understanding of user needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to craft engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly product experiences

Strong analytical skills to create data-backed solutions that balance user needs with business objectives

Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and strategic implications across various audiences

A growth-focused mindset centered on constant innovation, applying customer empathy to build accessible and inclusive user experiences

Experience working with banking, loan, spend & expense, or similar financial products
