Backed by leading investors, we’re at a pivotal stage: strong product, early traction, and a rapidly growing market opportunity.The RoleWe're looking for an SDR to own the top of the funnel for mid-market and enterprise accounts across the U.S.This is a role for someone who has prospected into large companies before and knows how different it is from working a list. You know how to map an account, find the three people who matter, and get a reply from a VP who ignores everyone <else.You>'ll be prospecting into a category that barely existed eighteen months ago. Nearly everyone you reach knows AI search is changing how their brand gets found. Almost none of them have a plan. Your job is to turn that gap into a meeting our Account Executives want to <take.You>'ll be one of our first SDRs in the U.S., with an SDR team already running in London. You'll report to the Head of GTM and work day to day with our U.S. Account Executives, marketing and leadership.About YouWe're looking for someone who has done this before, and done it well.Proven track record as an SDR or BDR booking meetings with mid-market and enterprise companies in the U.S.Strong understanding of U.S. buyer behaviour and enterprise sales cyclesComfortable on the phone and in writing with VPs and C-suiteTrack record of hitting and exceeding pipeline targetsHands-on with a CRM, a sequencing platform and your own performance dataExperience with a qualification framework (MEDDIC, BANT or similar)Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environmentYou Might Be a Fit IfYou sell to pain, not features. You find what's actually broken for a prospect, make them feel it, then position Searchable as the <answer.You> qualify out as hard as you qualify in. You know why an opportunity is worth pursuing, and you have the discipline to walk away when it isn'<t.You> build the playbook, not just run it. There's no finished outbound playbook for the U.S. yet. You'll write parts of it as you go, and you'd rather do that than inherit someone else'<s.You> run toward the number. High targets don't intimidate you, they motivate you. You'd rather know where you stand every week than find out at the end of the quarter.Your First 90 DaysDay 0: learn the tool and the sell, pair on outbound with the CEO and Head of GTM, and get your first sequence live in week oneDay 14: you know the product, the category and the ICP well enough to run your own sequences and handle inbound without helpDay 60: you're booking qualified meetings the AE wants to take, at a rate you can forecastDay 90: you're booking [12] qualified meetings a month and the AE trusts your qualificationCompensationBase salary $85k / $125k OTEEquity in the company
