Ships GDPR/CCPA/DSR flows, biometric consent, IP checker, NSFW detection, C2PA, EU AI Act compliance, moderation policy, and abuse/fraud detection. Works directly with Engineering, Legal, Analytics and Applied ML.Must-haveFluent Russian Willing to relocate to Almaty5+ years PM, shipping consumer product at scale (>1M MAU)Shipped at least one production safety, trust, compliance, or anti-fraud surface end-to-end. Examples: consent or DSR flow, moderation pipeline, age gating, provenance or watermarking, abuse/fraud detection, ID verification, payment risk scoringStrong data fluencyTechnical: reads a data pipeline, specs a classifier eval, holds their own with ML engineersShips fast. Can name features, dates, and what got cutJudgment under legal ambiguity.
