We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing
custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components
across systems or applications. You will use modern frameworks and
agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions
tailored to specific business needs.

You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage
the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team
decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions,
and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and
across multiple teams.

Master proficiency in SAP for Banking is required.

Expert proficiency in SAP Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) is
recommended.

Intermediate proficiency in Custom Application Development, along with
advanced proficiency in Software Design & Solutions and Software
Engineering, are suggested.

Drive the design and implementation of innovative software components
that meet evolving business requirements.

Support and guide colleagues by sharing expertise and fostering a
collaborative environment.

Analyze complex challenges and propose effective solutions that
enhance system performance and reliability.

Engage proactively with stakeholders to align technical solutions with
strategic objectives.

Continuously improve development processes and contribute to elevating
quality standards across projects.
