Team Lead Retail Sales

• Communicate and track team sales targets, KPIs, and performance.
• Drive target achievement through continuous team evaluation, coaching, and development.
• Ensure professional client handling, timely service, and customized solutions.
• Manage sales pipeline, business development, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor receivables, advances, and balance payments for timely collection.
• Coordinate with Design, Supply Chain, Installation, and other departments for smooth order execution and delivery.
• Monitor sales and KPIs through HubSpot, SAP, and Power BI.
• Oversee showroom inventory, stock reconciliation, ROL, stock movement, packing, and weekly audits.
• Ensure display management, VM standards, and 100% sellable display inventory.
• Maintain duty rosters and monitor team performance through customer feedback and sales results.
• Collect and report customer feedback on products and services.
• Train and develop new hires and existing team members.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 4–6 years of relevant sales experience, including team leadership experience.
• Proficiency: Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint , along with SAP and CRM (HubSpot) .
• Coordination: Strong coordination skills with the Design Department and other relevant departments .
• Industry Experience: Experience in furniture, interior solutions, retail, construction, or related industries will be preferred.
