Coordinate facility operations across multiple buildings Walk the site regularly to ensure quality and safety standards Support administrative tracking and reporting Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders Coordinating and following up on on-site facility operations (including cleaning, landscaping, waste management, pest control, etc.) Acting as the first point of contact for users, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Managing and controlling inspections, inventories, storage, and locker access Collaborating within the team to achieve high user satisfaction
Experience in facility management or coordination Fluent in English, good level of Dutch, French is a plus Independent and proactive, yet a team player Social, service-oriented, and detail-focused Comfortable working on a large site with multiple stakeholders
