Italian-Speaking Technical Support Analyst

Smart Mobility Industry | Hybrid after training

Do you speak Italian and English and enjoy solving technical problems?

Join our international Technical Support team and support customers of one of the world’s leading smart mobility brands. You’ll help users with products such as electric scooters, mobile applications, Bluetooth connectivity, and connected devices .

What you'll do

Provide customer support in Italian and English via phone, chat, and email/tickets
Troubleshoot issues related to mobile applications, Bluetooth, connectivity, and smart devices
Guide customers through product features and functionalities
Take ownership of customer cases from first contact to resolution
Escalate more complex technical cases when necessary
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions

Requirements

What we're looking for

Fluent Italian (C1 level) and confident English (B2 level)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Interest in technology and willingness to learn
Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage, but not essential
