About The Role

Work as a Techno-Functional Consultant on Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking implementations and enhancements.
Understand business requirements and translate them into FLEXCUBE functional and technical solutions .
Configure, customize, and enhance FLEXCUBE modules based on business requirements.
Work closely with business analysts, functional teams, developers, and banking stakeholders.
Analyze existing FLEXCUBE functionality, identify gaps, and provide appropriate solutions.
Develop and customize FLEXCUBE components, interfaces, services, and extensions .
Work on Oracle FLEXCUBE APIs, web services, database objects, and integrations .
Perform impact analysis for product, parameter, and configuration changes.
Support integration with external systems such as payments, AML, customer channels, accounting, and reporting systems .
Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect analysis, and production implementation .
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Prepare functional specifications, technical specifications, mapping documents, test scenarios, and implementation documentation.
Support release activities, deployments, and post-production stabilization.

6+ years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE development, implementation, or support.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking .
Good understanding of FLEXCUBE modules such as:
Customer Information
CASA / Deposits
Loans & Lending
Payments
Trade Finance
General Ledger / Accounting
Limits and Collateral
Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL/PLSQL .
Experience with FLEXCUBE APIs, interfaces, web services, and system integrations .
Understanding of XML, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs and integration concepts.
Experience with FLEXCUBE customization, configuration, debugging, and issue resolution.
Good understanding of Core Banking business processes and banking products .
Experience in SIT, UAT, production support, and release management .
