Automotive Dealer Coordinator with GERMAN ENGLISH

Location: Barcelona Nou Barris

Contract: Temporary, 6 months

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are looking for an Automotive Dealer Coordinator to join Bosch Service Solutions in Barcelona.

This is a back-office coordination role focused on monitoring vehicles throughout the repair process. You will be responsible for tracking vehicles sent to repair centers, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date, monitoring repair timelines, and escalating cases when necessary.

This is not a hands-on mechanical position, but a key operational role that helps ensure vehicles move efficiently through the repair network.

Key Responsibilities

• Track all motorized vehicles sent to repair centers, from dispatch through resolution.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data in the relevant systems.
• Approve repair tickets once all required validations have been completed.
• Monitor/a repair progress and carry out follow-up reviews.
• Ensure that case information remains accurate and that cases progress correctly.
• Monitor/a repair timelines and identify cases that exceed standard resolution times.
• Escalate and alert the relevant stakeholders when a vehicle has remained in the repair process for more than four weeks.
• Maintain clear documentation and provide status updates when required.

Profile

We are looking for someone who is

• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Focused on accuracy, quality and operational excellence.
• Comfortable working with data and monitoring multiple cases simultaneously.
• Able to identify delays, inconsistencies or deviations in processes.
• Interested in the automotive/motorized vehicle sector.
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in logistics coordination, administrative support or back-office operations is relevant, ideally within automotive, fleet management or similar industries.

Responsabilidades

• Monday to Friday. 39 hours week / Rotating schedule/ 08:00 to 16:00, 09:00 to 17:00, 10:00 to 18:00,
• ETT - 4-Month Temporary Contract with Potential for Permanent Position
