Control and monitoring of all services.Prepare, present, and maintain service plans. Carry out capacity management and the necessary reorganization of the work team to ensure the required flexibility. Perform a set of activities aimed at producing deliverables aligned with the established Project Management methodology (gather project-related information and documentation, schedule and conduct necessary meetings, create the project charter, develop the stakeholder register, etc.). Define the project scope, consolidate objectives, and establish the action plan.Manage application errors and coordinate their resolution.
