About The Role

You will lead Procurement performance across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa and drive measurable improvements in sustainable savings, cost avoidance, productivity, and spend under management while creating significant business value Furthermore, you will define and execute EMEA-wide category strategies, increasing leverage and standardization while maintaining strong business alignment. You will lead the continuous evolution of the EMEA Procurement Operating Model, designing scalable structures, governance frameworks, and operating processes that drive consistency, efficiency, and value creation across multiple countries and Procurement categories. In this role, you will champion the deployment of digital, automation, and AI-driven Procurement solutions, leveraging advanced analytics, intelligent sourcing tools, and next-generation procure-to -pay capabilities to transform decision-making, user experience, and business performance / procurement performance at scale.
