About The Role

  • 制作和提供品质如一的饮品和食品；
  • 负责进行人力部署并分配任务；
  • 协助店经理加强门店咖啡领导力、库存管理、营运标准等方面的工作；
  • 协助店经理执行门店营运和开关店工作；
  • 遵循营运流程并参与收银、清洁等工作；
  • 培训新伙伴，向店经理反馈门店情况。
  • 优秀的人际交往及团队协作能力；
  • 快速的学习能力及指导他人工作的能力；
  • 一年以上团队管理经验，餐饮或零售行业者优先考虑；
  • 接受轮班制工作 (门店一般营运时间为早7点到晚12点)；
  • 24小时门店需轮岗参与通宵班工作，有相应津贴。
