About The Role

  1. 在 SOP 与 GMP 规范指导下，协助完成实验室各项检测：微生物、理化、内毒素、大分子生物活性相关样品检验，包含制药用水、环境监测、细胞培养、残留检测等实验操作。
  2. 规范填写检验原始记录、仪器日志，保证数据真实可追溯；协助完成检测方法验证、SOP 撰写修订等文件工作。
  3. 协助开展 OOS/OOT、偏差等质量事件调查；做好仪器设备日常维护、校准，试剂耗材管理。
  4. 遵守 GMP 及 EHS 实验室安全要求，完成领导交办的其他工作，配合团队完成工作目标。
  5. 2027届全日制本科、硕士应届毕业生；药学、生物、微生物、分析化学等相关专业，应届生可接受；有 GMP 实验室实习经历优先，可提前到岗实习者优先；
  6. 了解药品 GMP 基础知识，熟悉实验室基础操作，会基础仪器使用优先（HPLC、酶标仪、PCR 等）。
  7. 做事严谨细心，动手能力强，具备良好实验记录、文档书写意识。
  8. 有团队协作意识，责任心强，能适应实验室 / 洁净区工作环境。
