About The Role

Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of the company’s core AI projects.
Drive the application and implementation of AI technologies across various business scenarios, including R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercialization, such as NLP-based text analysis, AI model applications, and intelligent operational analytics.
Through job rotation and cross-functional learning, rapidly develop a solid understanding of the industry, including biopharmaceuticals, clinical research, manufacturing and quality control, as well as the overall DII management system, and grow into a subject-matter expert or project leader in a specialized field.
Assist the department with system and process development, project management, vendor management, and the preparation of technical documentation and other related tasks.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above from a Project 985 university. Majors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Electronic Information Engineering, Bioinformatics, Mathematics, or other related fields are preferred.
Solid foundation in AI technologies, with proficiency in at least one area such as deep learning, NLP, or machine learning. Candidates with academic research, competitions, or project experience in AI, data science, or algorithms during university are preferred.
Strong programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C/C++. Familiarity with common databases, cloud platforms, or data analytics tools is a plus.
Internship, research, or project experience in medicine, clinical trials, or the biopharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, learning, and teamwork skills, with a strong interest in developing a long-term career at the intersection of AI and business.
Strong interest in topics such as digital transformation in the pharmaceutical industry, AI-enabled business transformation, and intelligent manufacturing, with a clear sense of career direction in these areas.
