岗位职责： 1、熟悉处理房间预订的程序，给宾客及时提供准确的房况信息。 2、落实”预订未到宾客”的名单和每日团队取消情况。 3、根据预订情况更改现有的预订并且预测现有的和未来的预订情况。 岗位要求： 1、大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上。 2、熟悉MARSHA系统的操作。 3、英语良好。
