About The Role

  1. 搭建智能体，设计与优化 Prompt，设计与构建 MCP/Skill 等工具。
  2. 参与 AI 产品研发，协助撰写 PRD 并跟进项目落地。
  3. 跟踪国内外 LLM/RAG/Agent 等技术动态，调研市场与用户痛点。
  4. 支持产品运营及相关工作。
  5. 对生成式 AI/Agent 保持高度热情，了解 Agent/MCP/Skill 基本原理，熟练使用主流大模型产品（如 GPT 系列、Claude Code、OpenClaw 等），有相关项目经验或 vibecoding 实践者优先。
  6. 学习能力强，逻辑清晰，善于独立思考和解决问题，具备信息检索与结构化笔记能力。
  7. 良好的沟通与团队协作能力，积极主动，责任心强。
  8. 本科或研究生在读，计算机科学、人工智能等相关专业优先。
