Creative Lead (Graphic Design & Marketing)

This seat exists because one client account needs a creative owner, not just a contributor.
Your Role & Contract
Contract type: Independent Contractor
Full-time
Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time (Graveyard) — aligns with 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST for the client
What you'll own:
End-to-end creative delivery for your assigned account — you're still hands-on in Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva, not just reviewing other people's work
The creative quality bar for that account, from brand consistency to platform-ready polish across video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and design (social, decks, collateral, infographics)
Mentorship of junior Creators working alongside you on the account — as a senior peer sharing what you know, not a manager running performance reviews
Early visibility into risk — you flag scope or timeline issues before they become client problems
What we're looking for:
Required software:
proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, plus Figma and Canva
Senior-level experience across graphic design, video editing, multimedia production, and/or creative direction
A portfolio that shows range across video and design, plus real evidence you've mentored, directed, or elevated other creatives' work
Comfortable owning an account's creative output with minimal oversight — you set the bar, you don't wait to be told where it is
