Job Description & Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled AI Specialist with 7–10 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable AI models, working with large datasets, and translating business problems into data-driven solutions. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and implement AI strategies that deliver measurable impact. Job Position Title: IN_Senior Associate_AI/ML Developer_AppTech_Advisory_Jaipur Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications 2. Lead end-to-end AI solution development, from data preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring 3. Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to define AI-driven solutions 4. Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in areas such as NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics 5. Build scalable data pipelines and ensure model performance, reliability, and efficiency 6. Conduct model validation, testing, and performance tuning 7. Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership 8. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and recommend adoption where relevant 9. Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance standards are followed Mandatory skill sets: 1. Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) 2. Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling techniques 3. Hands-on experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems 4. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI services 5. Expertise in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices 6. Experience in deploying models using APIs, microservices, or MLOps frameworks 7. Strong knowledge of SQL and working with large-scale datasets 8. Version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines 9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Preferred skill sets: 1. Experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and transformer architectures 2. Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, etc.) 3. Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) 4. Experience in real-time AI applications and edge AI 5. Exposure to domain-specific applications (finance, healthcare, retail, etc.) 6. Understanding of responsible AI, explainability, and bias mitigation 7. Experience leading AI projects or teams 8.
