Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications and digital solutions. Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to architecture standards and best practices. Review solution designs, code quality, security controls, and performance considerations. Drive technical problem-solving and support resolution of complex implementation challenges. Job Position Title: IN_ Manager_ Solution Architect _ One Consulting _ App Tech_Delhi Responsibilities: Solution Design & Architecture Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand requirements and propose technology solutions. Prepare high-level solution designs, architecture diagrams, integration designs, and technical specifications. Contribute to application, integration, data, and cloud architecture decisions. Support architecture governance and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Stakeholder Management Interact with business stakeholders, project managers, and delivery teams to align technology solutions with business objectives. Participate in client discussions, technical workshops, and solution presentations. Assist in responding to RFPs, proposal preparation, and architecture assessments. Delivery & Governance Ensure successful delivery of projects within defined timelines and quality standards. Identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. Contribute to technology roadmaps and modernization initiatives. Mentor and guide junior team members. Solution Architect Readiness Work closely with senior architects to develop architecture capabilities. Participate in architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and solution governance boards. Build expertise across Business, Application, Data, Technology, Security, and Integration Architecture domains. Develop consulting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills required for future Solution Architect roles. Mandatory skill sets: Core Technologies Strong experience in enterprise application development and solution delivery. Experience with React, Java, Nodejs, Microservices, APIs, and modern application architectures. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and container platforms. Architecture & Integration API-led architecture and integration patterns. Enterprise Integration and Middleware concepts. Domain Drive / Microservices Architecture. Event-driven architecture concepts. System design, scalability, and performance optimization. Data & Analytics Understanding of data architecture principles. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases. Knowledge of data governance, data integration, and analytics platforms. Security Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles. Application security and secure architecture concepts. Identity and access management fundamentals. Preferred skill sets: Exposure to Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture engagements. Understanding of TOGAF principles and architecture methodologies. Knowledge of cloud-native architectures. Exposure to AI/ML solution architectures and emerging technologies. Experience in public sector or large-scale transformation programs is preferred. Familiarity with architecture modeling tools such as ArchiMate, Visio, Sparx EA, or similar tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Structured thinking and consulting mindset. Strong presentation and documentation skills. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities. Ability to balance business requirements with technical constraints. Years of experience required: 8 Years- 15Years Education qualification: BE/ <B.Tech> (Computer Science or related field)/ <M.Tech> TOGAF Foundation/Certified Microsoft Azure Architect / AWS Solutions Architect ITIL Foundation Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) AI/Cloud architecture certifications (preferred)
