As a Manager – AI Technical Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and execution of our Low Code AI product strategy. You will work closely with AI engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver innovative AI solutions for HCA. Your technical expertise and product management skills will be essential in defining requirements, prioritizing features, managing the roadmap, and ensuring the successful launch and adoption of our AI products. This role is ideal for a product leader who wants to shape responsible, scalable AI capabilities that can improve healthcare operations and care experiences. Key Responsibilities: · Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for DT&I – AI Enablement - Low Code use cases, with a focus on Gen AI and Agentic AI features. · Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs in the Gen AI and Agentic AI space. This includes identifying potential applications for AI agents to automate tasks, improve decision-making, and enhance user experiences. · Partner closely with the DT&I – AI Enablement leadership and product teams based in Nashville, TN to ensure alignment on product vision, roadmap priorities, delivery milestones, governance standards, and enterprise AI strategy. · Foster a collaborative global operating model between the India Global Capability Center and Nashville-based teams, enabling effective knowledge sharing, cross-functional coordination, and consistent execution of Low Code AI use cases. · Collaborate with AI engineering, data science, design, security, and enterprise architecture teams to define and prioritize product requirements. · Write detailed product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities for AI agent development and integration. · Own product backlog prioritization, roadmap sequencing, dependency management, and release planning for Low Code AI capabilities. · Communicate the value proposition, roadmap, progress, risks, and adoption plans of Low Code AI capabilities to internal stakeholders. · Monitor and analyze product performance, adoption, user feedback, and business value, identifying areas for improvement. · Support collaboration across HCA business functions, IT, and enterprise product teams to ensure integrated execution. · Ensure that Low Code AI projects support our needs for scalability, security, and responsible AI governance, with specific attention to the ethical implications of AI agents. · Stay current with advancements in AI, Agentic AI, product management practices, and related technologies. · Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.” · Typical work hours can vary depending on workload and project deliverables. · Performs other duties as assigned. Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, data science, business management, healthcare administration, or related field. Required • Master’s degree in computer science engineering, data science, business management, healthcare administration, or related field. Preferred • 10-12 years of experience in technical product management, AI/ML product delivery, software development, healthcare technology, or related field. Required • Experience working with engineering, data science, security, compliance, architecture, design, and business stakeholders in a matrixed environment. Preferred Licenses, Certification & Training Requirements: • Product management, Agile/Scrum, cloud, AI, or technical product certifications. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Behaviors: · Strong product management, roadmap ownership, prioritization, stakeholder management, and execution discipline. · Working knowledge of Gen AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG concepts, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code product capabilities. · Ability to translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, technical dependencies, success metrics, and adoption plans. · Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to work within a highly matrixed, team-oriented environment. · Ability to balance innovation, scalability, security, responsible AI governance, privacy, compliance, and business value. · Experience with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence. · Experience with SAFe/Agile development methodologies. · Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and services (e.g. GCP, Azure). · Healthcare domain knowledge and experience preferred.
