People Operations & Workplace Coordinator

The People Operations & Workplace Coordinator is a key member of the People team, supporting the day-to-day delivery of People Operations and workplace activities across DAZN Italy. Operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the role is responsible for providing reliable and accurate HR administration while ensuring employees have a seamless experience throughout the employee lifecycle.This role will see you act as an approachable and trusted point of contact for employees and managers, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, employee documentation, HR systems and data, payroll inputs, benefits administration and workplace operations. The role works closely with the wider People team and central functions to ensure processes are delivered accurately, consistently and in line with local requirements.Alongside People Operations responsibilities, the role oversees the day-to-day workplace experience across DAZN’s Italy offices, coordinating facilities, health & safety activities, vendors and suppliers, and supporting employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives to create a safe, professional and welcoming working environment.Please note, our Talent Acquisition team and some Hiring teams are based in the UK so parts of the recruitment process will be in English.
