About The Role

Your responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate, and execute contracts, including BIMCO agreements
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Maintain clear and accurate records of all contract-related documents and communication
Manage contracts for heavy lift and project logistics operations
Align contract terms with project goals and timelines in close collaboration with project managers
Develop and manage sub-contractor agreements
Monitor sub-contractor performance and ensure contract compliance
Your profile
Degree in Contract Management or Degree in Law (LL.M or LL.B.)
Preferred: Additional training in maritime law, contract management, or project logistics preferred
Minimum of 5 years' experience in contract management, ideally in project logistics
Proven knowledge of BIMCO contracts; familiarity with supply chain logistic contracts is a plus
Strong understanding of legal contract language and requirements
Confident negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
Structured and independent working style – even under pressure
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Proficiency in contract management software
Team player with attention to detail and a hands-on mindset
