Greenfield Rehab is seeking a Rehab Office Coordinator to join our exceptional therapy team at a highly respected, comprehensive continuum-of-care senior campus in Union Grove, WI.

Schedule: Part Time, Monday - Friday, Days

Greenfield Rehab is looking for a driven and organized Rehab Office Coordinator to join our incredible team! You’ll be responsible for managing the insurance authorization process, handling data entry, maintaining schedules, assisting at the reception desk, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 1 year of experience in a medical field
