Use data to drive performance, leveraging member insights, sales trends, pipeline metrics, and other performance indicators to identify opportunities and guide coaching.

Lead change and innovation, including new product launches, technology implementations, and process improvements, ensuring teams understand and embrace what's changing and why it matters to members.

Improve operational effectiveness across the branch and contact center while protecting the quality of the member and sales experience.

Oversee retail operations and compliance, including policies and procedures, vendor relationships, deposit compliance documentation, audits, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Manage annual budgets for branches, retail business development, and the contact center.

Represent Bellwether in the community through professional organizations, committees, and community partnerships that strengthen our local presence and brand.
