The Leadership & Org Development Manager serves as the strategic owner of GreenState's leadership and organizational development ecosystem. This role is responsible for defining and advancing the enterprise strategy for leadership development, leadership readiness, organizational capability, team effectiveness, succession support, and workforce growth.
