We are the Courier Structure Team, dedicated to building a rational courier ecosystem that ensures sufficient delivery capacity for the platform while providing differentiated Product-Market Fit for couriers. This role serves as both the architect and driver of the courier structure, designing and implementing diversified courier models tailored to different business phases and courier needs, thereby maximizing user experience and courier retention
