Position: Electrical Engineer

Project: Oil & Gas EPC Pipeline Projects (Saudi Arabia)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Responsibilities

Lead electrical engineering and field installation activities for oil & gas EPC projects.
Review and approve electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, cable schedules, and equipment layouts.
Supervise installation and commissioning of HV/LV switchgear, transformers, MCC panels, and motors.
Manage cable pulling, termination, and electrical testing activities.
Coordinate with instrumentation, piping, and civil teams for integrated execution.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco electrical standards (SAES-P series), IEC, and NEC codes.
Conduct pre-commissioning, energization, and functional testing of electrical systems.
Interface with Saudi Aramco inspection and commissioning teams.
Lead and mentor electrical supervisors, foremen, and technicians.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
10+ years of hands-on experience in electrical construction and installation for oil & gas EPC projects.
Proven experience on Saudi Aramco projects is a strong advantage.
Proficient in Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES-P), IEC 60364, IEEE.
Strong experience with HV/LV power systems, earthing, lighting, and cathodic protection.
Familiar with hazardous area classification (ATEX/IECEx) requirements.
Ability to read single-line diagrams, cable schedules, and electrical drawings.
Strong leadership, coordination, and technical problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic or Chinese is a plus.
Valid Saudi Iqama or willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
