Employee Projects Controlling

Join our team as a business partner in project controlling and help drive the financial success of our electric vehicle projects. You will play a key role in ensuring transparency, profitability, and strong performance while supporting data-driven decision-making. Your Responsibilities: Oversee the commercial management of projects within the Electrical Systems domain, covering all relevant activities Act as a trusted business partner in project controlling Manage target costing processes, assess risks and opportunities, and initiate corrective actions Perform ad hoc analyses and evaluate evolving assumptions Conduct profitability assessments, including make-or-buy decisions Support corporate planning processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and mid- to long-term planning Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on finance, mathematics, or equivalent 3 to 5 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally within the automotive sector Solid understanding of key financial KPIs such as EBIT, ROCE, CE, and DCF Strong analytical mindset with a high affinity for numbers and a solution-oriented approach Initial experience with SAP PS/CO is a plus Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in English Why Join Us?
